The service myTophost BackUp allows you to manage all Backup and Restore procedures on your site’s files and databases. 

The service uses a different technique when it comes to backups. This means that among the different backups our system automatically receives, copies are saved on the files and databases of your site.

WARNING : If you need to restore files from a previous date and you are using the application R1 Soft, delete the content (files) from your root folder and then restore your files. You can delete through Plesk  but also through ftp client.
