In case you want to rename your main domain name to another one that already exists in Plesk, follow the instructions described below:

1. Log into myTophost Panel and click on Plesk Login in order to connect to the Plesk of the plan that you are interested in.

2. Rename the domain name that already exists in Plesk to another one in Hosting Settings in the Websites & Domains tab.

3. Log into myTophost Panel and rename the domain that you entered when purchasing your hosting plan, from Manage and more specifically in Edit domain. 

In order to rename your main domain, follow the instructions described here.

4. Transfer files to the correct folders either through FTP, or through Plesk’s file manager.

5. In case you have subdomains, domain alias and email accounts, you will have to re-create them in Plesk. Follow the instructions described below:

   – Creating a Subdomain

   – Creating a domain alias

   – Creating email accounts

6. In this step, you must make sure  that everything is working properly.

7. Delete the domain that you renamed in the 2nd step. In order to delete the renamed domain through Plesk and more specifically by selecting Remove website from the Websites & Domains tab, follow the instructions described here.
